  • Niamh Bone

  • Dariya Mariya Petryshyn

I would be honoured to represent QUB at this conference and speak up about issues we face as students and hold the unions accountable for everything they promised last year and this year. Thank you for your support and please vote for me!

  • Tobenna Okeke

  • Kieron Portbury

As the current Equality and Diversity Officer, the NUS conference provides opportunities to hear about and get involved with UK-wide equality fights, as well as bring representation of the North's unique struggles to a forum that often overlooks us.

  • Aoife Maguire

As the Civic Action Intern for Queen’s Students' Union and Course Rep for MA Politics, I know the democratic structures of Students' Unions inside out - By attending NUS-USI Conferences across the UK and Ireland, I want to ensure that students in the North are represented equally and fairly.

  • Aidan Moran

At a time of economic and climate crises, the NUS is ineffective at mobilising students and pressuring politicians. We need policies that means the NUS will hold politicians and universities to account for their abuse of students and staff as well as their investment in the destruction of the planet.

  • Avery Johnston

Representing the interests of Queens’ Trans and LGBTQIA+ students.

Hi guys! I'm your deputy speaker this year. I want to bring my expertise as a longtime member of USI instutions to NUS-USI, with an emphasis on ensuring support for the UCU strikes and accommodation issues faced by students in Northern institutions.

  • Dariya Mariya Petryshyn

I attended this conference last year and would be honoured to represent QUB again this year and ensure that QUBSU and the NUS-USI has kept their promises from last year and that changes that needed to be made were made. I appreciate your vote for this conference!

  • Adam Wilson

As both a school and faculty representative at QUB, I have experience with the university's democratic processes and how the SU Council works. I am curious to see how other universities' unions work and to learn what projects they are working on individually, as well as on a national level.

  • Beth Elder

  • Ryan Irwin

I hope I can rely on your vote. With my experience as a course and faculty representative I bring a commitment to student voices, and a passion for shaping a better future for all students.

  • Eoin Ussher

Hello! I'm Eoin, your deputy speaker. Comhdháil has procedural quirks and negotiating the different alliances and interests needs experience. I was part of the awarded 'Best Delegation' last year. I want to bring motions forward supporting the UCU strikes, and a specific anti-semitism policy for the USI.
