ABOUT MYSELF
My name is Arjun Ahluwalia. I am a first-year international medical student at QUB. I lived most of my life in India. I am analytical, disciplined and will work hard towards my goals!
MY QUALIFICATIONS
- Was a part of my school's student council (House captain)
- Captain for the school hockey team
- Played a lead role in some regional and national competitions
WHAT I WANT TO WORK TOWARDS
- Endorsing hybrid learning.
- Many events for the students (academic and social, offline and online).
- Create more formative assessments, and checkpoints to see where you stand (checkpoints are optional :) ).
- More interactions with the higher years.
- Ask the years above to volunteer for question bank creations (just a simple addition to the buddy scheme).
- Create small but detailed crash course notes for every system studied.
- More OSCE practice tests.
- Try to provide a reading week for all students.
- After session questions from the professors after presentations and interactions with the professor.
- Most of all, I want the students to be heard (yes especially the international students)
