About the club
We offer a place for people of all abilities to try out dodgeball, get active and to meet new people.
We encourage everyone to join in and to play their way. Whether that means coming to a session every few weeks to socialise or training to play competitively, we'd be delighted to have you at the club.
We aim to keep one court at each session for more casual games. Very few people have played dodgeball more than a handful of times before, so it is a great club for people who may feel discouraged at the skill level of other clubs at Queen's.
We also accomodate those who aim to play competitively, and we offer everyone at the club the oppurtunity to try out competitive dodgeball. We will help coach anyone who wants to improve their game, and there is even an international dodgeball scene for those who may be interested, with the oppurtunity to represent your country at dodgeball.
As well as playing the sport itself, we often socialise together outside of training, whether that be at our annual DodgeBowl bowling event, or just meeting up more casually. So if that sounds like fun to you, why not get involved!
How to get involved
Just come down to one of our training sessions! You don't need to bring anything (except for some hand sanitiser if you can!), or even know any of the rules - we will explain them all at training.
Training times
Monday 7:00pm-9:00pm - in the PEC Minor Hall
Wednesday 1:30-3:30pm - Dojo Mats, PEC Minor Hall
Friday Training: 7:30-9:30pm - Dojo Mats, PEC Minor Hall
All of our sessions are open to everyone.
There are no sessions we reserve for members or competitive players, and your first few sessions are free so you can try it out before you become a member.
