About

Indonesia Student Society is established as social, cultural and educational platform for Indonesian Students in Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Based on the number of statistics, myriad Indonesian students choose Queen’s University of Belfast to pursue their study for Undergraduate, Master and Post-graduate (PhD) program in various major. Our existence is trying to act as the second home/family for them. We would like to create a home away from home environment for Indonesian Students in Queens with Indonesian values. We are also trying to identify a potential individual for running the amount of programs in Belfast. The establishment of our Society would be a perfect medium for representing Queen’s University to promote as well as answer queries matter from Indonesia citizen. The committee would be pleasure for collaborating with another clubs and societies in any kind of joint-club events to promote Queen’s University organization to extent its name and raise its reputation among the Indonesian community.

Indonesia Student Society also would strengthen the connections with both Government of Indonesia and Queen’s International Office. In long terms purposes, our society would gather the member’s data of the alumni in Indonesia considering the organization growing faster and getting better yet we already have annual event called “Mosaic Indonesia”, the largest Indonesia Culture Show in Northern Ireland.
