About

Hi everyone! We are delighted to announce that Walkie Talkie Girlies is now officially a QUB Society. Complete the form in our Instagram bio to register your interest <3

This is a little introduction to what we are about! You can probably guess from our name that WTG is about going on walks and socialising with new people. It will be a great way to get to know Belfast and make some friends along the way.

Our society is open to anyone and everyone, regardless of your gender or fitness level. However, we have orientated the society towards female students because we recognise that women can feel unsafe when walking alone. For this reason, we also plan to use the society to bring awareness to women’s safety issues and raise money for women’s charities.
