Boxing, one of the greatest sports in the world to get fit, boost self confidence and learn the skills of a tactical fast paced sport.
At QUB Boxing we get together every Tuesday for fitness and skill sessions where you can improve your fitness with bag work, running and fitness circuits, or if you're keen to push further, we give the opportunity to do pad work and sparring.
There is a great atmosphere in the club with friendly coaches and a good sense of camaraderie.
Students can tailor QUB Boxing to how they wish, you can use the club as a way to get fit, or to progress their skills as a boxer inside the ring by perfecting their technique on the pads and punch bags. There are also increasing chances for those who wish to compete.
A great friendly club with a complete variety of age and ability, you do not need to have boxed before to come to QUB boxing, life is about trying new challenges!

Classes occur every Tuesday starting at 6:45, and you can apply for these sessions by joining the QUB boxing facebook group and selecting one of the available sessions. We train at a local gym located on the Lisburn Road, so we're handy enough!
We would also advise students to bring their own boxing gloves and wraps, although extra gloves will be provided at classes for those who need them.
As per Covid Guidelines, we at Queen's Boxing will be operating with strict social distancing, and with sanitising stations available down at the gym.
