The Internal Medicine Society (IMS) is a student-led community bringing together healthcare students with an interest in internal medicine (basically how every organ works in your body!) - whether you’re just starting out or already in clinical years!

We run peer-led teaching, revision sessions, interactive events, and career talks designed to make internal medicine more approachable, practical, and enjoyable to learn. Our aim is to create a supportive space where students can build confidence, learn from one another, and explore the wide range of specialties within medicine beyond the curriculum.

Recgonised by the CME as one of the fastest-growing medical societies with a large and active student base, IMS continues to welcome students of all stages and experience levels. Come along to learn something new, meet like-minded people, and be part of a friendly academic community!
