About

Lawyers Without Borders, (Acronym: LWOB) founded in 2000, is registered as a charitable entity in the United States of America, the United Kingdom, and Kenya. A global network of passionate legal professionals dedicated to promoting justice, human rights, and the rule of law across borders, its mission is to advance rule of law and protect the integrity of the judicial process worldwide by using the pro bono resources of volunteer lawyers, judges, and law students.

Our mission? To bring together lawyers, judges, and legal experts from around the world to volunteer their skills and support vulnerable communities. We work with local and international partners to make legal assistance accessible, provide educational resources, and deliver impactful projects where they're most needed. Whether it’s through legal trainings, advocacy initiatives, or on-the-ground support, LWOB strives to bridge gaps and empower communities to uphold justice.
