Medical Students for Choice is an internationally known non-profit with a successful track record for change. Medical Students for Choice (MSFC) works to destigmatise abortion provision among medical students and residents, and to persuade medical schools and residency programs to include abortion as a part of the reproductive health services curriculum.

As the only chapter of MSFC in Northern Ireland, we advocate for access to free, safe and legal abortions for women, and improved reproductive healthcare education at Queen’s. We hold may educational events during the academic year open to all medical students and students in healthcare-related subjects. Last year these included a myth-busting event, a workshop on contraception, a miscarriage management talk
