QUB Nightline is a late night listening and information service for QUB students run by students, for students

We are happy to talk to students about whatever they want, from loneliness, housing problems to mental health. We are completely confidential, anonymous, non-judgemental and non-directing, so we wont ever tell you what to do. We are here to listen not lecture!

We are available Tuesday and Friday nights 8pm-2am, by Call on 028 9097 5453, or via Instant Message at https://3rportal.org.uk/im/qubim

We are made of our wonderful listening volunteers and publicity volunteers. Our listening volunteers are trained extensively in key communication and active listening skills so don't worry, if you want to be a listening volunteer you will have plenty of time to learn and build confidence! Games Night 🧩 A beginner-friendly night of collaboration as we work together to paint individual puzzle pieces that would transform into a big puzzle.

Origami Stars ✨️ An adaptation of Artsoc's infamous compliment jars, learn how to make your own origami stars made up of positive affirmations to remind yourself of the good we might miss out on a bad day.

Picture Frames 🖼 A picture is worth a thousand memories. Let's take a moment to paint picture frames (we encourage you to bring your own pictures) as we create something to instill feelings of warmth that home brings to you.
