Welcome to the QUB Plastic, Reconstructive, Aesthetic Surgical Society! Our goals are aimed at enriching awareness and knowledge of plastic surgery. We aim to do this in the following ways:

1. Exposing students to the specialtty through lectures, workshops, and seminars to give students a deeper understanding of the field, including the diversity of procedures, from reconstructive to aesthetic surgery. 

2. Providing information about the pathways into plastic surgery, including required qualifications, training programs, and advice on building a competitive CV.

3. Organising events where students can meet and interact with professionals in the field, including surgeons, researchers, and junior doctors. 

4. Organising and participating in academic conferences, poster presentations, and surgical skills competitions as well as host sessions on communication, professionalism, and patient interaction specific to plastic surgery.
