About

Who are we?

  • We are a bunch of enthusiastic QUB students with a passion for fighting poverty and social injustice.
  • Many of our members are also volunteers with the charity Project Zambia.

What do we do?

  • We work alongside and in partnership with some of the poorest and most marginalised communities in the world, in Zambia (mostly around Lusaka Province).
  • We increase awarness for our communities and highlight the amazing work they are doing.
  • We raise funds to support the work of the charity Project Zambia in tackling poverty and social injustice in Zambia.

How can you be an active member?

  • Throughout the year we host numerous fundraising events which we would love you to attend and/or volunteer at!
  • We also hold social events to provide more information on what we do and create a community of people interested in helping others.

What are the benefits of joining our society?

  • You will help to make a difference in peoples' lives.
  • You will have the opportunity to volunteer in Zambia with the charity Project Zambia.
  • You will have the opportunity to achieve Degree Plus through joining our committee.
