Here at QUB Sign, we aim to promote the knowledge and use of British Sign Language (BSL), as well as general awareness of the deaf community. We offer students the opportunity to learn beginner's BSL through informal lessons delivered by experienced tutors, as well as the chance to practice your skills in relaxed group activity sessions, hosted by our committee.
Formerly Medics' Sign, popular demand saw our society open up to students across all areas of Queen's, to anyone with an interest in learning BSL as a means of communication with deaf people in everyday life. We believe in making sign language more accessible to all, for the benefit of both Deaf and hearing people!

QUB Sign is open to students from all disciplines and year groups. We also welcome members who are not students at Queen's to take part in lessons and social events.
