About

Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that emphasizes both the combative aspects of sparring, showcased at the Olympic level, and the artistic elements that focus on defensive stances and patterns. It also promotes fitness and mental well-being. Practicing Taekwondo at Queen's not only provides an excellent opportunity to expand your social circle with like-minded individuals, from beginners to advanced practitioners, but it is also a degree-plus course, enriching your educational experience while equipping you with valuable self-defense skills.
