Ultimate Frisbee is a fast-paced, non-contact sport played both indoors (5-a-side) and outdoors (7-a-side). It’s really easy to pick up, and the aim is simple: pass the disc into the opponent’s end zone to score!
What makes Ultimate special is its unique focus on sportsmanship - the game is self-officiated and played in the true “Spirit of the Game” ✨.
It’s also one of the fastest-growing sports in the world 🌍 and we’d love for you to be part of it!
