This society aims to:

  • Support Student Wellbeing – Promote mental wellbeing through accessible and beginner-friendly yoga sessions.
  • Encourage Mindfulness – Provide a space for students to practice mindfulness, reduce stress, and improve focus.
  • Make Yoga Practical & Inclusive – Offer down-to-earth, student-led sessions that fit into a busy uni schedule—no experience needed!
  • Build a Relaxing Community – Create a welcoming and supportive environment where students can unwind, connect, and reset.
  • Promote Sustainable Wellness – Encourage simple, effective habits for relaxation and self-care that students can take beyond the mat.
