Introduction: Hello everyone! My name is Muhammad Haris, and I am running to be your All Student Representative on the Students' Union Council at Queen's University Belfast. I believe in the power of community and the importance of a student-led approach to decision-making. I am committed to ensuring that all voices are heard, and that Queen's becomes a place where every student can thrive, feel valued, and be empowered to succeed.
Vision: My vision is to build a more inclusive, connected, and supportive campus where students from every background, program, and year group feel represented. I am dedicated to making sure our Students' Union works for everyone and that decisions reflect the diversity of our student body.
Key Objectives:

- Serve as a strong voice for every student, ensuring that concerns and suggestions from all corners of the student community are heard and acted upon.
- Establish open communication channels where students can easily reach out, voice their concerns, and share ideas.
- Ensure that student diversity is fully represented in the council, from undergraduate to postgraduate students, international students, and students of all identities.

- Advocate for continuous improvement in the quality of teaching and academic resources, focusing on areas such as curriculum flexibility, assessment fairness, and accessible learning materials.
- Promote better access to academic support services for all students, such as tutoring, study workshops, and library resources.
- Encourage the development of new initiatives that support students' academic journey, including mentoring programs and peer-assisted study sessions.
