This workshop offers a chance for you to slow down and get creative. Whether you're reflecting on how you're feeling or simply looking for a mindful break during a busy semester, just come along, experiment, and enjoy the process of making something unique!
While this is not therapy, this session offers a supportive space to relax and express yourself through art.
Feel free to bring along an item to print on such as plain tote bag, t-shirt, etc. This is optional.
