Come along to this one-hour workshop delivered by Action Mental Health to find out more about preventing burnout while you study. As the end of the year nears for PGT students and the pressure increases, this session will include content on stress and how to recognise and manage signs of burnout. Signposting information for accessing support will also be provided.
