Hi I'm an experienced course and society representative aiming to improve accessibility, inclusion, and student voice within Queens. Thank you!

Hi I’m Anna! I’m currently a second year Psychology student who is passionate about representation, accessibility, and meaningful student voice. As a current Course Representative, PASS Leader and Undergraduate Representative for the Psychology Society, I have practical experience listening to a variety of student issues, raising concerns constructively, and working with both staff and peers to improve the student experience.

I believe effective representation starts with listening. As a university with a diverse student population, this brings together a collection of identities and challenges to overcome; it is essential that these perspectives are heard and reflected in decision-making. My academic background in psychology has strengthened my understanding of communication, wellbeing, and inclusion, and I am committed to applying this knowledge to advocate for students in a thoughtful and practical way.

In my current roles, I have worked to create open channels of communication, ensuring students feel comfortable sharing feedback and confident that their concerns will be taken seriously. I aim to continue building a supportive, inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable to voice their concerns to me safe in the knowledge that I’ll listen and act.

As a representative, my priorities are accessibility, fairness, and empowerment. I want to ensure students feel supported and represented within the university community. I am proactive in my participation with the student body and would love to represent you.

Thank you!
